ABOUT ME


Before launching ARGONAUT in March of 2013, Rick worked in New York, San Francisco and Amsterdam at agencies including Goodby Silverstein and Partners, Wieden + Kennedy, TBWA Chiat/Day and Weiss, Stagliano & Partners. An award-winning copywriter, he's run pieces of business as diverse as The Economist, Coca-Cola, Chevrolet, HP, Frito-Lay, Cricket Wireless, Metlife, and Cisco, among others. He has been named one of the top 20 Creative directors worldwide by Creativity magazine, while also twice winning Campaign of the year honors by the same publication. Further, he has been awarded International Campaign of the year by Campaign magazine and received the prestigious Vision award by the New York Art Director’s Guild.

Since leaving ARGONAUT, he's run a consultacy, founded a FINTECH that sold to PayPal, wrote a book about the imminent AI singularity and made a bunch of pretty cool stuff for Carhartt, General Mils and a whole bunch of startups.
